VEHICLE STORAGE
ST1 offers secure, climate-controlled vehicle storage designed for collectors and performance drivers who expect more than just a parking space. Our facility provides 24/7 monitoring, controlled access, and concierge coordination for transport, detailing, and maintenance. Members can opt into lift rentals, wash/detail bays, or limited private garages equipped for stackers. With priority access for Founders Club members, ST1 serves as a true home for your car—a protected, well-serviced environment built for vehicles that deserve the best.
SLATE LOUNGE
Slate Lounge is a place to relax, recharge, and connect—a refined social space where motorsport culture and modern luxury meet. Designed with lounge-style seating, motorsport-inspired details, and a seamless day-to-night atmosphere, Slate becomes a hub for both energy and ease. Bring the thrill of the track into the city with ST1’s Sim Racing Lounge, equipped with professional-grade hydraulic rigs that let you drive virtually any car on any circuit in the world. Designed for both training and entertainment, members can race head-to-head, join global online competitions, or participate in structured leagues that connect the sim community with real motorsports. With multiple motion-enabled setups, authentic steering systems, hourly sessions, memberships, tournaments, corporate events, and optional coaching, the ST1 Sim Lounge is where precision, competition, and community come together.
