ST1 is a private motorsports clubhouse created for people who want to live closer to the culture of racing.
Southern California has one of the strongest car communities in the world, yet very few spaces bring together premium vehicle storage, race watching, hospitality, and meaningful social connection in a way that feels intimate, polished, and purpose-built. ST1 is being designed to fill that gap.
This is not meant to be a generic clubhouse or a traditional storage facility. It is a place shaped around passion, taste, and shared enthusiasm, where race mornings feel special, conversations happen naturally, and every detail reflects the spirit of motorsport.
VEHICLE STORAGE
ST1 offers secure, premium vehicle storage for members who want their cars kept in the right environment.
Designed for collector cars, weekend cars, and enthusiast-owned vehicles, the storage experience is meant to feel curated, protected, and personal, not industrial or transactional. Every detail is intended to support peace of mind, presentation, and ease.
Rather than simply providing a place to park, ST1 is being designed to give members a true home base for the cars they care about most.
SLATE LOUNGE
Slate Lounge is the social heart of ST1, a warm, polished space where motorsport culture and hospitality meet.
By day, it offers a relaxed setting for coffee, conversation, and quiet time around the club. In the evenings, it shifts into a more intimate social atmosphere built around drinks, small bites, and the energy of shared passion.
Race days are a central part of the experience. From Formula 1 mornings to major endurance events and other marquee race weekends, Slate Lounge is designed to make watching motorsport feel immersive, communal, and memorable.
This is where members gather, connect, host guests, and enjoy the rhythm of the club.
SIMULATORS
ST1’s sim racing program is designed around serious driving, meaningful practice, and competitive enjoyment.
With professional-grade equipment and a focused environment, the sim experience is intended for enthusiasts who want more than casual entertainment. It is meant to support driver development, structured coaching, league nights, and the kind of seat time that helps members improve while staying connected to the culture of racing.
The goal is to create a sim environment that feels credible, social, and performance-oriented, a natural extension of the real motorsports world.

ST1 was born from a lifelong connection to cars, racing, and the culture that surrounds them.
Growing up in Brazil, some of the earliest memories that shaped this vision came from time spent around workshops, race conversations, and the kind of automotive passion that brings people together across generations. Formula 1 was not just something to watch — it was something to feel, debate, celebrate, and share.
Over time, that passion deepened through real experience in the automotive and motorsports world, but the original feeling never changed: motorsport is at its best when it creates connection.
ST1 is the result of that idea. It is being built as a place where cars are respected, race culture is celebrated, and people who share this passion can gather in a setting that feels worthy of it.
